Customer CRM on Google Cloud
A CRM for a subscription business with around 3 million customers — customers, subscriptions, refunds and audit trails on Google Cloud Run and Firestore.
Support and operations teams for a subscription product with around 3 million customers needed one place to look up a customer and act on their account. We built that CRM: customers, subscriptions, transactions and refunds, notes and activity history, with roles, permissions and an audit trail of who changed what.
The API is NestJS on Cloud Run over Firestore, with Pub/Sub and Cloud Functions handling events between services and Cloud Logging for traceability. The React front end uses React Router and TanStack Query, and all infrastructure is defined in Terraform.
