AI and software development for BIM
BIM models hold a huge amount of structured information that most teams can only reach through specialist tools. We build software and AI that get that information out — checking models automatically, classifying elements, feeding cost and planning systems, and letting people ask questions of a model in plain language.
What we deliver
IFC & Revit data pipelines
Extract geometry, properties and relationships from IFC files and Revit models into databases your other systems can use.
Automated model checking
Rule-based and AI-assisted checks for naming, classification, missing properties and standards compliance, with clear reports.
Element classification
Machine learning that maps elements to classification systems and cost codes, reducing hours of manual tagging.
Quantity takeoff & estimating
Quantities derived from the model and connected to cost data, so estimates update when the design does.
BIM assistants
RAG and agent-based assistants that answer questions about a model, its specifications and related documents.
Web model viewers & portals
Browser-based 3D viewers and project portals for clients and site teams who don't have BIM licences.
Typical use cases
- Checking models against BIM execution plans before handover
- Automating property and classification enrichment
- Linking model elements to schedules, costs and documents
- Answering site-team questions from the model on mobile
- Building dashboards on top of BIM data for owners and operators

How we work
- 01
Discover
We learn the business, the users and the constraints, and agree what success looks like.
- 02
Prove
We test the riskiest assumption first — a prototype or AI proof of concept — before scaling the team.
- 03
Build
Short iterations, working software every two weeks and demos you can click through.
- 04
Run
Launch, monitoring and continued development — or a clean handover to your team.
Frequently asked questions
Which BIM formats do you work with?
IFC is our default because it is open, and we work with Revit and other Autodesk data through their APIs. We can also process related documents such as specifications and schedules.
Where does AI help most in BIM?
In the repetitive, rules-heavy work: classifying elements, checking model quality, extracting quantities and answering questions across models and documents. Design judgement stays with people.
Can you integrate with our existing BIM tools?
Yes. We build plugins, APIs and data pipelines around the tools your teams already use rather than asking them to switch.
Do you work with construction firms in Germany, Switzerland and the UK?
Yes — those markets have strong BIM mandates and standards, and we work remotely with teams there in English and German.
