Digital Arrow brings recruiting and HR into a single workspace — from posting a role and building candidate CVs to running asynchronous video interviews with AI scoring, managing timesheets, contracts, time-off, and client invoices.

We architected a scalable backend with NestJS and PostgreSQL, added full-text candidate search with Elasticsearch, media handling via MinIO, and headless document/PDF generation with Browserless — including online signatures for contracts.
